I did my candling tonight!! Egg #2 has definite veins!!!

They just don't show on my pics

Eggs #1 and #11 are so heavily pigmented I can't see a thing!!!
I put numbers on each egg and an x so i can hand turn better. Smelled each one they all had a clean "earthy" (dirt?) kinda smell not stinky

Begging for some of that rain ... the gals need relief! I did go purchase a sprinkler and set that up in there...

It was oppressive before it rained! I could barely breathe outside... now it's just right! But can't do anymore work Hope you get some soon!

Finally posting these pics of my button quail and fish. The last pictures are of my button quail Petra. I put plastic mesh netting on top of their terrarium so that they don’t hit their heads when they fly up but somehow she flew on top of it. It is divided in the middle so she got in it through that part. One of the reasons why I can’t wait to get my mellow Cochin bantams.

Sorry the pictures are kind of all over the place but a bit of a pain to try to fix it on my phone.

For Saturday morning smiles, I decided to record myself letting the flock out, vs. the usual view from me holding the camera. Please excuse the mess piled up on the brick patio.

So it's not normal for them to fly up and try to get ya in the face?or fly off a roost and land on your back?.... every stinkin morning.... ok my girls and i are having a "talk" haha!!

Nope day three i did it early to make sure I got the stinky egg out which i did. So I'm going to leave them be except for turning them till day 7
