Sweet dreams to those in Aus![]()

Thank you! I always worry I say too much
I am with you on how lovable they are, I am totally smitten with them.
At the start they belonged to my daughter (she and my grandson live with me) but after the break down of her relationship she found it difficult doing everything. At the start we discussed her rehoming them but she was finding it hard to part with them, so I agreed to take them over to help her, now they are solely mine and I love every second of every day with them. Wouldn't be without them for the world
Mine don't like to be handled nor stroked so I only pick them up when needed (then I sneak in a quick cuddle and a stroke) one of my girls (Pedro) likes to sit on my lap and sometimes will have a nap sitting on my lap but I'm not to touch her.
Did you train yours to be held and cuddled or have they always been this way? Also, do you have a particular favourite? I love mine equally as I'm sure you do yours. And each has their own little cute and quirky ways and I don't ever want to be without any of them but I find the chickens are way more affectionate than the ducks and I get more interaction with and from the chickens than I do the ducks.
OopsSo you think this Sunday coming or you mean Saturday for me?
. I'm terrible at dates- as mentioned before. I mean Saturday lol.Morning AnnaMorning
How are you today?
Doing well....Wow, well done - Very impressive
Are you going to eat them or are you growing them for your birds?
The split one looks so yummy, I bet it's sweet and juicy.
Giggled at your ant story - not because you nearly got eaten though, just sounds funny the way you've told it![]()
Wow, lovely - can't beat home grown imo, however I'm not blessed with green figures so leave the growing to those who know how.Lol you should have seen them! They were everywhere. Biting me! Like I did something to them.
We are growing them to eat but the cracked one ill give to my ladies.
We are also growing strawberries, butter nut Pumpkin, loads of different chillies and Tomatoes.
Ill have a vegetable garden soonish too.
Glad to hear itMorning AnnaDoing well....

Surely there would have been evidence of predatory attack, makes me wonder if they got stolen!
I imagine it must have been hard for you, not only being without them but also not knowing what happened - really feel for you hun and sorry for your loss![]()
Just out of curiosity do you have any children? Sorry if I'm being too personal.
