Flock/Life Journey's 2019

Pics
Wow, lovely - can't beat home grown imo, however I'm not blessed with green figures so leave the growing to those who know how.
Ants probably they the melons are theirs Lol, might have a war on your hands lol

You think my story was funny you should have seen me trying to get them off. They were biting and im brushing them off. Then they would be straight back on me. I even brought some inside with me. I almost throw the watering can and was done with the watering idea all together.
They were probably hyped up on Watermelon juice.

I do have a favorite. Her name is Hazel. I orginally got 8 pullets that were 2 weeks old. At about 5 or 6 weeks old 5 went missing. Then I kept them in for awhile then 1 on another day then another one on another day until it was only Hazel alone. So I got chicks again and started over but Hazel was with me and my partner more and more. When something happened now or they are scared of something she runs to the front door and gets me and my partner to help. Its really cute. She lets you pick her up and cuddle her and rub her face around her beak. She comes and stands next to you until you put her on your lap. And when I call Hazel she comes. But she can have her little attitude. She lays everyday. The first day she laid our dog got hit by a car and unfortunately he didn't make it. My partner and I were devastated. We were both crying and I said im going to check my chickens so anyways she had laid me an egg that day. It cheered me up. These are the reasons shes my favorite.

:yuckyuck Outnumbered, defenceless and them stoked up on melon juice - you don't stand a chance! :gig

We thought the same. That they might have been taken because there was not one feather in the whole area or they wondered off but they were successfully free ranging for weeks so not sure.

No I dont have any kids. My partner and I have been together for almost 2 years but bought a house together about 9 months ago and haven't really thought about kids yet. I might be ready this year or next. Im 2 and a half years older then my partner Jordan but he wants kids when im ready. But he should probably ask me to marry him first hey lol.
Awwww lovely story, really pleased for you hun, glad you have a nice guy for yourself. My perception of you is caring, affectionate and with lots of love to give, you'll make a brilliant mother - brilliant bride too ;)
My daughter is expecting her second child in May, girl this time and my grandson will be three in March, love, love, love :love
