Flock/Life Journey's 2019

Been super busy now that hubs is home getting things done i needed help with. Got some pics of everyone this morning. Looking for a bird cageish cage for Fievel so he can see everyone and interact more in the house when he's not out. The middles are just exploding in size! :loveSomehow i managed to get 4 buff roos and they're already the size of my laying hens:gig

Look who finally hatched! It was getting to the point i was thinking of tossing... but last night it hatched!

it's another baby from my OE. So light compared to the other one! I'm starting to think the darkish one with spot on it's head is a boy so Panini it is! I like the name Swirl for the other, i think girl due to fast feathering but we shall see. This new one I'll see feathers first before naming. :love:jumpy
I got a brand new feather duster for them to cuddle into under the light and the distress cries have calmed down. :love

they are definitely cute little ones!

I’m not planning on breeding chickens and ducks anymore.
They take way too long to sell and no one wants the roosters and drakes.
I’m looking forward to having a nice backyard flock of Brahmas again.
just have to wait and see what roosters are left in the last two batches of Brahma chicks that I hatched in AugustView attachment 1960767

Awww I'm sorry Myles! Your birds are always so beautiful! I think it's been a really crumby year for roos everywhere I hear :hit
