Fingers crossed you get the house!
Buying a house is so stressful but worth it. The house my partner and I own is my 2nd house ive owned. The first one I built omg worst experience of my life but it was a beautiful house just not on land. The house we are in now is my partners first house. I had never moved out before until I bought a house with Jordan. I still lived with my family.

When I have a baby I won't be able to baby gate the kitchen ill have to work something out.

Well we got outbid. Sellers told our broker we can be a backup plan in case the other buyer's finances don't pan out but we wouldn't be able to buy one until March 6 so DH is telling them no thanks tonight. This will be our 2nd home too. DH has another house in mind so maybe we can see it on the weekend if it doesn't get sold by then.

I think I quoted the wrong post lol I meant to quote the one where you talked about the dumb people haha I was like Right?? DH emailed them and they said 10 o'clock...so I am gonna take DS to the free jungle gym in like an hour and grocery shopping.

That is what play pens are for! However don't have twins. Mine used to take it in turns to lift the corner for the other to escape.

I use the playpen but it's a hit or miss he usually cries when I put him in it but will either continue to cry or play with the toys in it. My DH is an identical twin, his mom had her hands full with them and 2 other kids.

My neighbors dog just killed Jake. Jake was one of our family dogs. I feel bad I haven’t posted much about him. I can’t believe he’s gone. Here he was:

I got 2 eggs today!
How many eggs did you all get?

5 Bantam eggs. I probably have close to 30 or 40 eggs in the fridge right now.

How is everyone doing this morning/evening?

I'm doing good. I got a squat from one of my almost 5 month old pullets this morning! She's really red and her wattles have dropped, so expect a first egg picture soon!

I'm sorry you lost a beloved pet. I hate when people don't care enough to control their dogs. That's why pit bulls have such a bad reputation, bad owners!

This loss has remained me of something you can do to remember your pets.

A few years ago we had to put down angel, a German Shepherd with horrible hip problems that led to having to put her down. Our vet has the option of getting a ornament with your dogs paw on it.

This is what we got.

Months later I found an article on how to do something similar at home. Every pet has a print up on the wall. I need to make a batch and do my flock!

The white and blue one is Hemi's paw, he's a Polydactyl cat, so he has a few extra toes.

I even got the hamster!

Sorry for your loss, how did your neighbors dog get him ?
definitely contact animal control or the police about this!

We put an offer on a house when we first started looking but a Chinese family out bidded us. But now I look back compared to the house we now have. That first house we offered on was shit and was only on 3 acres. We now have 10 with a little house but its done up and we have room to extend in the future.

We were told we can be a back up but I was like no thank you. We will keep looking.

The house we are in now. Wasn't even the area we wanted to live but now we love it. We were out this way having breakfast at some cafe and I said to Jordan we should look at that real estate its just there so we did and found this house. We went and seen it. Put an offer in on the spot. They then had an open house which Jordan and I sat up the road and stalked the open house lol. One car was so nice we thought they would buy it for sure so we looked at other houses that day. Then the real estate called and said they wanted more money I said im sorry we are a young couple and thats the top of our price range and then the owner took the offer but wanted 6 weeks settlement which was fine with us. We were living at Jordan's mums so we didn't have to hurry to get out or anything.

Things happen for a reason honey. Don't be disheartened.
