That’s about right!!

poor thing, looks like he needs some kind of treatment. Could you carefully snip off the offending hairs, feathers, lashes - can't really see what is. Eye problems always hurt much worse than they look - he is suffering.
He is very patient with me and I am actually doing that right now to try to relieve it because I have seeing him like this :/ I want to get some drops for it so I can help him out. Right now I am going to use a warm rag to try and soothe it a little until I get the drops.

@ KLIL she was a great mom to her last clutch but it's pretty cold here so might just brood them inside and give her our clutch that's due to hatch march 6th, she should be into 'mom' stage rather than 'sitting' on eggs' by then :) lemon our Buff orp is still a failure of a broody and wont be getting any chicks seeing how easily she leaps off the nest at disturbance lol. I force fed the welsummer a few millimeters this morning but I have work all day, he'll drink water but won't eat on his own , so we'll see :/

Weather Update:
Yesterday I woke up and we had 1.2mm over night and this morning was 0.6mm over night. Few sprinkles of rain when I got home yesterday but nothing big. Any rain is better then nothing I guess. Hopefully get more over the weekend as its Friday here :wee
