It is St. Patrick's day here so corned beef and cabbage!

Yummy! I haven't had corn beef in ages! I seen a recipe online for slow cooked corn beef in honey mustard sauce. It looked yum and I thought about trying it but nothing beats the original version with white sauce.

My MIL would cook this in ginger ale ~ with white sauce!

That sounds very good! Today's will be in an instant pot.

I should pick up another corned beef since they are on sale. One in a crockpot would be good for a work day dinner

A few years back one of our local stores way over stocked on corned beef. I think I paid like 50 cents a pound for it. I bought all they had and canned it. I've since dehydrated the other ingredients that go with it.
