Flock/Life Journey's 2019

I’ve ordered some Embeden goslings, a goose and a gander to arrive with the two aylesbury ducklings in April, I’ve also cancelled my peafowl eggs order and have now decided to get peachicks instead as I’d rather spend €200 on 5 peachicks rather than €100 on 5 eggs that may not even hatch.

rant alert...I am SO PISSED OFF at DH right now!

I just realized he threw out DS's jumparoo and the bouncer my sister got him, when DS and I were in the states.

Yet he lugged a nasty plunger 6 hours when we moved and used it for the sink and bathtub because he was too cheap to buy a new plunger. He also wants me to use the same broom we use to scoop up fallen cat litter for the rest of the house when he threw away a self cleaning litter box I bought off Amazon for $43..go figure!

I'm going to try to keep a straight face because we are going to meet with the mortgage broker soon and I'm hoping he'll let us use a coupon at a restaurant which we wouldn't be doing when we fight about this but soon as we get home..pounce!:barnie:rant

This is men for you love. You just need to calmly tell them your point of view and let them think about it. They will see why we say or do thinks we do.
I use stong cleaner on my bench tops and Jordans like Krystal that will make us sick but I said it recommends to use it to wipe baby toys down for gems so I think its ok for bench tops. He hasnt said one thing since that.

Okay yall.. Ima do a THROW BACK THURSDAY.. It’s about my first ever chickens.. this was back in 2011 when we lived in the suburbs.. on a tiny lot! My sister and I brought the girls to the park that was in the next town over (the town I actually grew up in) which is a big town.. well there is this nice park with a nice big lake full of ducks and geese.. the typical.. and also lots of chickens.. people started dropping chickens off there and they have thrived!
We were hanging out and we see these guys come with a five gallon bucket and start to dump out 4 tiny chicks.. just a few days old. So I go over to see and am like “you can’t leave those babies, they will not survive without a mama”... so, of course.. I take them home.. I know nothing about chickens and had not planned on chickens.. so I put them in a tub with mulch, chick feed, and water.. and that was that..(no heat lamp)! After about a week or two I put them outside in a wire dog kennel.. with a piece of ply wood on top. As they grew hubs built a three sided “dog house” type of “coop”... we placed that inside the outdoor dog run which was not covered and had 6 foot wood fencing.. they lived and thrived in there... what blows my mind is how nothing ever got them!! And we lived in an area with LOTS of critters!
We lived on the corner and the black chicken would hop up on the 6 wood fence and walk the top of the fence and the little kids getting off the school bus would run home screaming .... So we decided to return them to the park ... I now feel bad about this as I know so much now but this was not something I had ever even thought about doing.. so I just did what I always did with baby animals that I found... raise and let go :hmm
This is what I think they were..

My father was the same way. threw out good stuff and brought in garbage and beer cans (full of ants) home from the woods. I came home once to find all the pots and pans lined up on the front step for a charity pick up. I was furious and asked him how he thought we were supposed to cook without them. Got his stock answer "How the f--- do I know?

They say only the good die young - maybe, my mom was 77, my dad was 90. His half brother was 98. His full sister was 65 -.

They start to get worse the older they get.
Sometimes you just think to yourself.... Really.

Anyways love, How are you?
