It got teally hot so i had to tske a break but start of one chick escaping door and middle bottom supports are now in!
Nest are the supports for sides and second chick escaping door (one on either end) and then lastly the large access door on the top for me to get in there and clean or fill waterer and feeder. All sides will be covered with hardware cloth so all debris falls into sand for easy cleaning! :D Hoping to get done tonight or tomorrow so larger chicks can go out to coop, they are starting the funny teen phase and trying to "fly" out every time i open to clean.

Hoping this brodder helps with the flight issue.:fl

That looks great! I am looking at it closely as I am planning on building an aviary for the parakeets... AND I may attempt this build myself... :D.... I am being very encouraged by all of you (@Kris5902) handy women out there who do these things yourself. I would normally have hubs do it but he doesn’t seem too interested... my only concern is the electric saw

You can do it!!! :thumbsup
Just go slowly and practice on some scrap First... it’s not nearly as hard as it seems, except for long cuts through plywood (I think I’ll always have trouble cutting a straight line more than about 2-3’ long) looking forward to seeing it!

HELP!
My ladies have stopped laying for a few weeks now. Hazel is 12 months old but the other 2 arnt yet. I think something is wrong!
Hi girl! I hope you are doing well :hugs
Maybe the winter ... I have one that has stopped as well.. I have no idea! It hasn’t been unbearably hot either so I’m not sure what’s up with her... sorry I can’t help...

Good evening/morning all, :frow

Been some time since I've been on here. I've just been busy with things but hope to be more active in the coming weeks. July was a bit hard on me but August is looking better and better. :)
I was wondering where you’ve been! Glad to see you back :hugs
