Florence or Floyd

Please help me determine the breed and gender of my Florence. I got her 2 months ago and she was already a juvenile. Her "brother", Alice was the same size as her when they arrived, but he quickly outgrew her and it was clear he is a rooster. Florence is a bit of a mystery. She has both physical and behavioral qualities of both genders. Florence is the copper chicken

Please help me!

He has gender-specific feathering and what you are likely attributing hen behaviors to are his submission behaviors to his brother.

Both look to be mixed breeds, & are cockerels.
Very leggy, so possible Oriental crosses(Not all will have Pea, or walnut combs), or may have some Standard Modern Game in them.

They are VERY handsome fellas.
