Florida: abandoned sick hen found needs care and a home

I’m near the leesburg area of Florida and found a blind hen last evening. She was originally seen on the side of the road and found again alone in a nearby park a few hours later. A friend of mine and I took her in for the night and have been trying to take care of her, but we don’t have a place we can appropriately house her. She’s most likely struggling with fowlpox and is confirmed to have mites. If there is anyone in the area that may be able to take care of her or knows anyone, please let me know. I made a post about this in Emergencies to try to learn how to take care of her in her state, and have had a lot of good feedback from some very nice people. I’m not sure how to link it, but it’s there if you want to read through it. Thank you.
