So my girls need a new home! My hubby wants the space back for more quail. They are all about 7 months old. A couple are laying but I'm not sure who. I have a new hampshire, a gold and black polish, a austrlorpe, and the white one which is supposed to be somthing special but I can't remember what. I would like all 4 to stay together. They are quite fond of eachother. The white one seems to run things. They are all curious and tame. They love pretty much anything I give them. I have raised them all natural. We live in an area where chickens are illegal and the neighbors are starting to talk. Please help me find them a good home. I really hate to see them go. I have more pics but I took them with my phone so some are a bit blurry. PM me if you are interested. I'm on the treasure coast. I don't have a carrier big enough for all 4 of them but I will assist anyway I can.

hahaha Thanks Joanne

The only reason I hope the two black silkies turn out to be Roos is that it gives me an excuse with the kids not to have to keep them. I don't care much for silkies but my friend made me believe i'd be doing her a great service to take them from her..... then I had buyers remorse. But I brought them home to crestview all the way from Nevarre and i'm worried it just means that many less chickens I can get later of the other ones I want.

I want a lavender Orp and a RLBW, and a Red Cochin frizzle, and a blue splash maran..... and ..... and.... and... and my husband wants one of each color orpington, cause he loves our orpington now. She's our biggest cuddler.

Do you want one of my 4 week old Auracanas? I was told they were "true auracanas" but I see feathers growing from their butts.... it'll help me make room for one of those ones I want. I suppose if it comes to it, i'll just take my "extras" to the Baker Farm Days next week.

Claudia

Thanks for the offer Claudia, but will have to pass right now. A 4 week old would have to be kept separate from the rest of my crowd for a while before she would be big enough to integrate without getting picked on and I'm up to my ears with work and a daughter's wedding, so I'd better say no! Good luck shifting everyone around. Hope you end up with just the right mix!

Hi everyone, just joined today. We live in Eustis, near Mt Dora. Anyone close by have any barred rock chicks for sale?
