FLORIDA!!!!!ALWAYS SUNNY SIDE UP!!!

I have heard different things about Blue Seal feeds being sold at Tractor Supply. It may be under the name of Sentinel Feed. Has anyone seen chicken feed by that name down here?

No, I haven't heard of it for chickens. I will have to check next time I go which will be this Saturday, December 13th for our monthly Dunnellon TSC Farm Swap. I get my cracked corn and scratch from TSC. I buy (Flint River Mills) FRM Show Gold for my birds at a feed store down the road from me, but I do show them at poultry shows and it is higher in protein (20%) than regular layer feed.

My chickens seem to be eating a lot more in recently! They're about 30-32 weeks old. I'm assuming the colder weather may require more calories from them to maintain their body heat. Thoughts?

Cmom, here are my little ones. 17 out of 18 that went into lockdown hatched. I candled the last one and it developed, but I don't see any movement. I put him back in the incubator just in case.
