Oh, no. My daughter is becoming obsessed with chickens.

Coop-a-Kick, Mayflower looked so cute in your courtyard! Great pictures!

I live in down town Gainesville and have 5 RIR, 2 EE, and 2 silkies, Old time gator check with the supdivision rules where you are and maybe you can have some chicks, I can have hems but no roosters. Waldo flea market always has a lady with RIRs and silkies if you are looking.

Oh, thanks so much for the info. I live in a small gated community so I'm sure it's probably out for me. But I do have the incubator and keep the babies until they're a few weeks old. Then they go to my daughter's house in Archer with the other big girls and boys!

Hey back!

We like it. Our neighborhood is close enough (and far enough away!) from the fancypants uptown stuff, and there are lots of trees, which I dig. Especially when there are chickens in them!

When DH and I talk about the best spots for a house, we usually agree on Apopka-- midway between our families and nice in general Plus, Maters and Taters! Who could resist the big city?

Hi Karen!!

Yeah, Niceville, it is a 'nice' little place. A lot of military people live there cause it is close to Eglin AFB. Now, about Frostproof..... I know it well. I live 30 minutes south of Frostproof, and it is VERY small, but quaint. I have some friends that live there too, so occaisionally go visit there.

Hi Lisa, gee, I don't know why but I always thought you lived north of Inverness.
My silkies are good, I have 2 males and a female and they live together nicely. My hen went broody so I put 3 Polish eggs under her, LOL. She's being a real good broody.
How's the shows going?
