foaming eyes

we have a 7 month old hen that has a white foam around the eyes, we treat her with anti-biotics for 3 days and she gets better, 5 days later its back. none of the other 32 birds are showing any signs, any suggestions?

The disease that she has might be resistant to the antibiotics. Some respiratory diseases (which I think may be what your bird is experiencing) can never fully be treated. Maybe try switching antibiotics, and see if that make a difference.

Does she have any other symptoms such as facial or eye swelling, bubbles in eyes, sneeze, rattles in her lungs, or nasal drainage? She may have a chronic respiratory disease such as mycoplasma (CRD) or others. Tylan50 injection given as a shot or very carefully orally so as not to choke her, would be a good treatment, but these diseases will leave her a carrier, and may re-appear again.
