I think you may have talked me into starting up my bator...it is new and I am kind of afraid of it...I havent hatched eggs since I was in high school so I dont remember it all too well. I usually just let my hens take care of it! But maybe I will run a test hatch "just to see?" Terri O

You guys are killing me. I want to start again soon. Maybe, I can put it off until February. Its still up to the girls. Hopefully they will be laying good by them. I can't wait. I want chicks sooo bad.

Oh thanks but I have PLENTY of eggs! That is the only reason I am hesitating about hatching more...see, I have about 100 chickens right now...I am very bad (or very good?) at chicken math! T

This is the first winter that I have stopped.. Someone decided to clean the garage and moved my brooder boxes out grrrrrrr.. no worries I will move them right back in soon and start back up

I hatched close to 150 this passed spring so I was good for awhile LOL

oh and that was 150 in once hatch

My last hatch was the last week of September, and I will start setting eggs again in about 3 weeks.
