Foreign body. Is she a goner?

Hi! Curious if anyone has any advice for me on how to help my girl. I’m thinking she is not going to make it but am reaching out in a last ditch effort to see if anyone has any advice. Here is her X-ray.

What am I supposed to look at?

She has a foreign body in her. The X-ray picked it up. Bottom right quadrant

Lethargic. Dropping tail and not eating. I thought she was egg bound so have been treating her for that, but when nothing was working I took her to the vet and a very sweet tech gave her an X-ray to see if there was anything there and this was the result.

Agreed. I don’t know enough about her anatomy to know if it’s going to pass or not and what to do to make it so. Im not optimistic since she won’t eat

I am FAR from an expert but her behavior is certainly not good.

I will see if our tube feeding expert is around...
@casportpony can you have a look at the X-Ray and share your thoughts please.

In the mean time....I happen to have a retaining clip off one of my feeders......
It looks very similar.

Are you missing any clips on your feeders? They hold the rods in place.
