formula for peep that won't eat

I know i have seen this on the web somewhere before but now I can't find it. Does anyone know a simple mixture to feed a chick that doesn't want to eat. It is three days old now and has splay legs. I hope the bandaid treatment will correct it but it doesn't seem interested in eating and i am afraid it will get weak.

Try feeding it some chopped hard boiled or scrambled egg. Yogurt is good too.

There is also a product called Kaytee Exact Hand Feeding Formula for baby birds and macaws. It is a powder you mix with water. You can try a little of it too. If the bird still won't eat, mix the Exact so it is watery enough to put in a syringe and drip some into its mouth. Be sure to have water available with V&E in it too.
