Found a SOLUTION for pooping in driveway!

We really didn't want permanent fencing for our free range chickens. Instead of a run, we're using rolled fencing. Check it out:

I was looking at that very link just a few days ago and wondering how easy it would be to move it around the yard. I think I like the fencing Justin Rhodes uses -- lightweight netting on flexible poles. Looks real easy to move and probably less expensive, too.

My chickens would laugh at that. Then poop on it on their way to poo on my driveway!

And I recently discovered electrifying the tops of my fence won't work because the birds aren't grounded. Unless somebody knows otherwise?

Need a ground wire running with the hot one, close enough together so they touch both at once.

I was wondering just yesterday if that was a possibility. Do you think I have to worry about the wind blowing them and accidentally blowing something out, like the battery?
