Found pigeon with bands!

I found a pigeon outside earlier with 3 bands. A orange zip tie, a black band, and a numbered yellow band. It makes a loud coo when you get to close. Is it a male? I put it in the rabbit cage because its super tired. I watered and fed it. The numbers read; AU 2009 KKY 0274
Can you tell where its from or anything by the numbers?

Haha, I know. I sent the owner an email and if he doesn't respond I might keep him. He acts like he doesn't want to leave anyways.
