Could she have injured her beak on a sharp waterer or some metal fencing?

Her waterer isn’t sharp but it’s possible she hit some fencing. They like to sneak around to get at the grass outside my yard.

I would clean her beak with Betadine or chlorhexidene and water. Is there a bad odor? It is hard to know for sure what it is without a vet and some scrapings to look at under a microscope. Let us know how she gets along.

I didn't smell anything when I took the photos but I'll try to get closer tonight when I do the betadine. I think I might have chlorhexadine also. Thank you for the advice.
