yep they have stolen our social security money and given it these lazy bums: government housing, welfare, food stamps, cell phones, abortions, birth control. how about using your tax payer supplied phone to find a job and start contributing so i can retire someday.

I don't think so.

I feel everyone should have access to calling 911 even the homeless person sitting/sleeping in an alley....that can't have a land line to do so.

I don't think so.

No silly, they used to provide land lines, for the reasons I pointed out, I.E. many in this situations do not have a permanant address, it's easier to set them up with a donated phone and X minutes.

Barring rape, It's really easy to not have kids if you don't want them, even without drugs and abortions. It's free, no nasty side effects, and no one can complain about the ethics or anything. Just display slightly more self control than an unfixed animal. Problem solved.
