6chickens: I'm tempted to get a silky but things have to calm down around here first. My last baby is graduating from high school next month!!!!!! Thanks for the pictures I really like the way they look. (Dear Lord, please don't let me start obsessing about roosters. I mean it!)

annaraven: living in the guest house is keeping me sane. I spent some time in the mainhouse this morning and ended up screaming in the yard, so, I'll stay out here for as long as it seems proper. My hubby likes to hide out here with me as long as I behave!

Roostervic I came acros thi thread this morning and I just can't believe you don't have any chicks yet. I'm subscribing so I'll be here when you DO get a few
Absolutely nothing like a fresh egg. And if your youngest is graduating from high school you will soon have an empty nest, no?

...my lil coop IS my hide-away... I keep a little milking stool in the corner.......... don't tell my kids.....
