Free rare chick from McMurray, what is it?

So this little one was our free rare chick from McMurray:

I have no idea what it is, and was hoping maybe one of you might. The pictures aren't the best: the chick is mostly black, two grey chipmunk stripes down its back, grey spots on face, and a dab of brown on top of its head. Anybody wanna take a guess??? Thanks in advance!

Sounds and looks like my silver laced wyandotte. not really rare but that is my guess.

Ok- then I may have to try again. When I get home from work I'll get pics of the other culprit. We had 2 that we weren't sure about, I guess the other is the free rare chick.
