I never knew it had a special name. As kids we used to do that all the time on the flagpole in the schoolyard.

.....I just call it a side plank. You could also do a side plank on the ground. But thank you!!!! I was able to hold it for like 5 to 10 seconds!!!! Hahahahahaha!!!
