That's awesome!! I was going to say get the 40 and sell the 20 but it's actually really nice to have more then one, so you can set batches on different dates. Are you going to get the humidity pump?

Just saw on the weather channel that Glengary, WV officially has the highest snow total so far from this storm 40 inches!!! That's about 250 miles east of me, but its very close to where we drove last weekend. Hubby has 2 buildings in that vicinity.

That's actually closer to @napdognewfie and kwhites. Hope they are ok!

I got another 20 Advance so I can hatch every two weeks. I won't use one as a hatcher, I will just have continuous hatches. 3-4 weeks between batches is too much, especially with spring coming, and people are begging for the AMs. I need to be able to incubate the marans and EEs for other customers, as well.
The pump would be nice, but for $140, I'll keep adding water
Numbers 11 and 12 just hatched, 11 was another splash. How is yours going?

That sounds like the perfect plan!! How many more eggs to go??

I have one egg left that has not internally pipped. It been pushing on the membrane for 2 days but nothing. I hate ones like that because there's nothing you can really do to save them. I'm not about to go into the membrane!
The other two need some assisting. 1 wrong end pipper, the other is the one I cracked. It's ready to zip but the tape is in the way. Going to try to peel it off. All the others are out!!

I had one that had a tan membrane I had given up on, you know I don't assist. All of a sudden, there was a chick. That was number 11. I still have 8 left, two pips. Only one of the splash rooster's left. They have hatched strong. I'll see what happens by in the morning, then make the call then. Even with my precious AMs, I'm not looking for internal pips or assisting. The wry neck last night reminded me how much I dread culling. Thankfully it improved. I would like to set again tomorrow night, then again next weekend
