I paid  $300 a piece for two of mine at auction . New sportsman sells for around $750  so $200 or $250 would be good

What would be a good offer?

If it works properly and has the egg trays, I'd spend $350 without any qualms. That's a nice looking incubator, even if it has a little age on it. The turner is the most expensive component. It tilts the trays from one side to the other every hour, so it takes a while to be sure it's working.
