if you wanted to dehydrate them I'm sure you could .I've been running at 28% humidity bone dry . When the pips stated the humidity went up to 60% without adding any water . The humidity pan is to big and will raise it to much . A smaller pan and two sponges raise it to 70% . I think that is to high .

maybe I should not have added any .
