Oh, that sounds about right, it storms so regularly that I supose without actually watching it I can't tell how bad it is but I guess I'll b getting nervous now as half my family is on the road.

was loosing an eighth a tank o gas per day! Puddles under the car! Stupid Saturn!!! 4 recalls fixd, the gas line, the airbags, the power steering, and the ignition switch(again!)

What a PITA -- and great 'customer service' there.
I sympathize on the car probs, got my truck back for the third time in the last few months just about a week ago......really about over it at this point.

That's actually a pretty snake if it wasn't in the nest box...

Agreed - pretty snake, just a lot prettier in a different location, lol.
Speaking of snakes - DH finally got to see a good game of chicken keep-away last night, one of the girls dug up a little 6-8 inch baby snake out in the bit of hay left where the last round bale sat -- what ensued was a good 20 minute game of chase that chicken as the rest of the flock tried to get it away from her and she tried to find a place to set it down long enough to get a better angle on it for swallowing.
