This is one of those things that annoys me. Says its 20 degrees outside but it "feels like 9 degrees". Who feels like it's 9 degrees? And if it feels like 9 degrees by golly it's 9 degrees!

The same people that say here, in the summer, it's 97 but feels like 108.
If that annoys you, wait til you spend a little time around me
