French frogs

@BYC910 thank you for the pink eye caution, i am specifically working at keeping my hands off of my face and this frightening episode is reinforcing that ;) its all a part of the cattle plan :D goats are thriftier than full grown cattle, So on my tiny half acre, i can increase yeilds by using their milk vs powder or cows milk.

Walnut, I'm so sorry to hear that!! Did you kill him, or what?! :hugs
Awesome baby goats, Turk! You should turn your place into an animal sanctuary someday. You'd be great at it! I'll come work there. ;)
So sorry to hear about your friend. The area I live in has become riddled with H. It's now an epidemic. I lost a childhood friend 2 years ago to it and I've figuratively lost most of my childhood friends to it, if they're even still alive, haven't talk to any of them in years. It's so sad when people go early. :hugs
He's even cute with the wrap. But good to see a photo of it, in case I ever come across that. Hope it corrects itself soon.
Oh my goodness!! Congratulations!! Missed my birthday by a day. She's beautiful and healthy, what more could you ask for!
Exactly! This is what I've been telling him since day 1!!

I would so love to have a sanctuary! Right now im only trying to collect any knowledge i can.

Crying isn't something I do.  At least not usually.  I just got back from the funeral home and paid my respects and was looking over the family photos when I spotted his little daughter flitting around the room in her fairy princess costume, leading her cousins in a chain.  She led them to the coffin and showed them how she can tuck daddy in.  That just broke my heart, the sweet little thing, and her baby brother will never even know his daddy.

I've never seen a visitation with that many guests.  Mike meant a lot to a lot of people.

I just hope he understands how badly hes hurt you. Loosing that flock sucks. I agree to your making him help process, knowing that these lives are lost on his behalf is good for him. Your daughter with the lizards and frogs couldnt have been left in charge?

Im so sorry those children wont have their daddy :( and that the world has lost another good soul... Its heart wrenching

well pond for pond with the increased market value of goat meat and products. a small operation can do better raising goats than cattle . feed consumption is less .reproduction is higher and property damage is less . standard is one acre for a cow and calf . several goats can be raised in the same space .when I say that I mean one good acre of good pasture . and you are in a near year round grass growth area . be very careful with insect control pinkeye is spread by flies mostly . but other insects will spread it too.I'm very proud of you young'un expect you to excel at this too .
