Same here with the leftovers! Between the hubs and the dog, chicks dont stand much chance. But I do have a container that I keep for them as I'm chopping stuff up, like salad, or fixing dinner, I toss pieces in. The chicks like those extra treats.

All our left overs go to the pigs and birdsI just keep getting encouragement to set more... good grief the enabling here is awful...![]()
Ummm... yeah... leftovers don't make it past my OH to get to them...![]()
mmmmm sausage......I like making kielbasa...At 203 give or take, no more than 205, the connective tissue breaks down like butter. It's good from 170 up, but I like pull-with-fingers tender pork. If you need bear claws, sumpin's wrong.
Made 5 pounds of sausage, letting the casings dry before smoking them, just plain smoked sausages.

I don't follow a specific recipe. I pull out my sausage book and then kinda wing it....But I can tell you cayenee makes it pop....that's part of the problem with me. I don't write anything down so when I get something real good...well I can't exactly duplicate it...I'd love a good kielbasa recipe. Mine isn't what I want it to be.
Butts, breasts and sausage...
I think all the windows are open now, it seems a little drafty in here.
