It's kind of a long story. I took this place over from another guy six years ago. He had hired his buddies, who were a far cry from real operators. Over the years I've been able to replace all but 3 with real operators from the company I used to work for. Those three get away with doing less and less, and my boss won't let me do a thing about it. They are dead weight that everyone else has to work harder to compensate for, and they are the biggest whiners

No pips this morning. I usually get one or two chicks on day 20, so maybe I will get a surprise when I get home tonight

How have you liked the 20 so far? How did you bump the humidity at lockdown?

Just because it looks good on paper doesn't mean it works in the field

yea and nobody can run a machine but them. would rather have a young eager I want to learn kid. in a little while if they have the touch they will be so much better than the know it all's I get those handed down through the family operators .my daddy and his built houses together for years . but still can't get it right after years of running a machine. undercuts and overcuts make my life hell some times . a three inch overcut can add thousands to a job and very frustrated customers want to know why.
