This area is mostly logging and mining country...farms are few and far between. But there are some throughout
The U.P.. So yeah I'm sure there are some in the summer.
I'm gonna head to bed...get some sleep.

Many, most, livestock auctions are also online now. You sign up for a bidder number and can watch the whole auction online. Some auctions have the camera set up inside the sale barn, others show a video of the animal in their pens. You still have to go get the animal, but it saves you alot of driving until you find the animal you want.

Cool!  "Around the Great Lakes" covers a huge area, several states and a couple of provinces, so there is a lot of variety but definitely a lot of beauty wherever you go.

Beautiful pics Walnut. I've seen Erie from all the way along the US side, but don't think I've gotten to see any of the others.

Was going to chat with you all last night, but got comfy in bed and fell asleep! That almost never happens to me, usually I chat or play a game on my phone until I start to get tired.

I grew up fishing Lake Erie.
Walleye by the ton...big ones.
Then when I was 18...moved north.
Now it's lakes Michigan and Superior I fish....all of them are freaking awesome.
The view from the Mackinac Bridge is breath taking....
I used to fish the Detroit river as a kid too. Not far from the Ambassador bridge. ( can you tell I love the lakes) Just saying if you've never been. You should check them out.
They are both salt and shark free...
