Fridge eggs-

I think your chances are very good. Let her get those eggs cooking!

And this thread has inspired me once again! I decided to fire up my incubator. I put in the eggs I'd collected specifically to incubate and also grabbed two eggs from the fridge just for fun. I'm not sure how long they'd been in there, a couple of weeks at least. They'd been stored fat end down and one of them is oddly shaped. Anyway, I candled the other day and had to pitch 4 eggs that never developed, but neither of them were my fridge eggs! Hopefully they'll make it to hatch. I'm just doing a test hatch, so I only started with a dozen (10 I collected during the course of a week and the 2 from the fridge to appease my OCD and fill up my egg carton  ). :fl

Day 11. This is my 10th hatch total, and I have not until this day ran into a stinker egg. Even dead eggs didn't end up stinking. well something was stinky. I went egg to egg and found one that stopped developing. no veins. I pulled it. 7 health food eggs left, 8 fridge eggs hatching on same day, and 5 more fridge due 3 days later.

day 14- on 2 batches and looking at my chart it is day 12 for the third batch, (I was a day off)

all candled, one of the health food fridge eggs looked more clear when I candled the pointed end, I will candle again day 18. hopefully the clear will be gone. (I had read a book about hatching and they said by day 18 all should be dark on pointed end, but the last batch that hatched, I had clearish on the pointy end on day 18 and they just need more time and were fine.) Don't give up till they stink-lol
