Hello my chicks are two days old..can i feed then fried eggs...which i will scrambel....or only hard boiled eggs to be feeded...??
Any reply appriciated.

This is being given as a treat correct? In addition to chick starter?

Fried egg and scrambled is o.k. just go easy on the oil:)

Hard boiled egg is what mine like the best. Provide your chicks with Chick Grit (crushed granite) too. Never too young to start with working that gizzard.

Eggs are eggs, no matter how you cook them. But new baby chicks' beaks are so tiny and weak, the material they are able to process needs to be very fine.

Therefore, cook the egg in whatever manner you choose, and then run it through a food processor or blender to make the particles finely minced. The chicks will be able to get very enthusiastic over this.

Finely minced boiled egg is the first food I feed all my newly hatched chicks to get them started eating.
