Howdy Maggie - now if you can't help me download a freakin' book about the Cold War from my library system, scram!

I've checked out a bunch of MP3 books similar to that and danged if I can't get the computer to spoonfeed them into my MP3 player.

That's what I've been grittingly doing the past hour!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ah, yes, but I didn't say anything about exercise. More exercise is likely not your problem. At 1200 calories, too few calories likely is. Try a couple weeks eating like I described, shoot for about 1500 calories, don't do extra exercise and drink plenty of water. No soda, diet or otherwisse. Coffee and tea are fine as are things like crystal lite in moderation. Give me 2 weeks and I bet we can get something moving.
