Nice to actually bump into you.

I thought you dumped us all for that new game system you bought.

Naw, burnt out the xbox in a few days and haven't used it since. Just been busy and not on BYC much. Plus ya know it's scooter weather and all. Went to Memphis for a week too. Life's good.

You've been sorta busy too it sounds like from your posts I catch.

Ella and I just got back from Arizona. I was looking for my pictures of Sam for you - I've known him since I was about 5 - he has 2 Harleys that I thought you'd like to see. He also has the grey ponytail and handlebar mustache - classic old biker dude. I can't seem to find the pictures.

The rest is same old, same old - housework, soccer practice, karate practice, girl scouts, preschool, laundry, doctor's visits, vet appts, hatching chicks, coop cleaning, more housework - rinse and repeat until the end of time.

Anyone seen The Lovely Bones? I thought it was a powerful movie.

I was pretty critical of some parts of it though.

I liked it overall and will probably buy the book (because wasn't it based on a book?)... My father who watched it with me, not so much.

Today I had a great guy come over and scoop a years worth of poop out from under all 20 of my rabbit cages. They were so thankful to have it for their garden and I he did a great job making the rabbit area all neat and tidy. Our sons play soccer together. He brought all 3 of his kids to play with all 3 of my kids while he scooped the rabbit poo. He seemed to really appreciate the manure and he was kind enough to find all my pliers that I've dropped in the piles over the last year.

I read the book and liked it. The story line was sad, of course, but the strength of the family overcoming their grief, the love they had for each other and her ideas of heaven all made the book a great read.

I can honestly say I did my months workouts in one day. Unloaded 11 bales of hay (100 lbs each), 400 lbs of feed, 100 lbs of rolled oats, and 50 lbs of carrots.

1650 lbs of barnyard feed. I am tired.
