It's really none of my business, but have you considered looking at homes that are in default? I know some in town are going for less than 40K (the balance that was left on the loans).

Zillow has them.

Could yall do me a favor and pray for a friend of mine? She is in the hospital right now with some kind of throat tumor

it is a cancerous tumor and when it was removed it was the size of a cue ball!!!! She is just a few years younger than me too
