Honestly..i really do want to thank you for this thread..its opened my eyes about hawks...
I could go on and on... but i'll spare you...

Bottem line is..i was bitter about hawks...because i lost my most favorite hen, Raven, to a hawk.
But, even as bitter as i was..i STILL always knew that the poor hawk was just hungry... it was trying to survive... and so how could i really hate it for that??
Anyways..thanks for showing me another side to these beautiful creatures... I wont fear them anymore.

I know some folks who would've shot Frightful rather than help her. They think I'm foolish for rescuing her, as do some folks on BYC I'm sure. So I'm very grateful that this story has had an appreciative audience.
