Ok I think I am more confused now than before lol
I posted a similar question when my chicks hatched from my Frizzled Black Cochin Roo and Silkie Hens. I got some hard curly Frizzles and some hard straight feathered chicks.
I was told that none of my chicks were Sizzles and that in order to get Sizzles, I needed to keep a Frizzled roo chick with black skin and perferably a flat comb and breed him back to my Silkie hens. Since both parents need to have the Silkie gene. Is this correct?
I lucked out and got just such a chick, so I am hoping for some Sizzles in the Spring.
