I am so sorry for this.  Hope you others who will take her place in your heart.
It's hard,  but somehow another will fill the gap eventually!

I love all my babies. But some just like to cuddle more, and like me more. She would meet me at the grow out pen ever morning, and follow me around, and talk to me. All the others could care less, unless I'm gonna feed their faces.

I have some unusual frizzles. The third pic is of my frizzle Faverolle. My first chicken was a rescue and he was a frizzle Australorp. Ive been hoping for the frizzle characteristic to show up in my Faverolle hatch and finally it has.

I wont have any fertile eggs because I had to give up most of my chickens and all of my roos. Im fighting the Contra Costa county to try and keep just a few but I may have to give even these away. Sorry.

Im looking for hatching eggs for next spring ( March / April 2015 )
Prefer 2nd generation or more but would definitely consider 1st also.

Where did you get her and if you have her parents, where did they come from? She is beautiful, how old is she?

I got her from Chickens Galore in Norco, CA. He has a good size operation and gets some mixed eggs and she was in that mix. She has the 5 toes but light color comb area. It really doesn't matter to much to me I am just curious. She is really sweet and is already acting like a mommy hen to her younger broodmates...
