Ok, so here are some pictures ... it also seems that some of her tail feathers are coming through upside down too (a bit hard to tell in the picture and they are still quite short). The wing feathers that are curled are like that all the way down to the shaft, so it is not ordinary feathers that have become turned over somehow.

wow thats crazy looking! I don't think I have ever seen that! It does look kinda like she just has a few stray frizzly feathers

I usually see this in my older chicks. When they go through their teenage molt, and new feathers come in under the old ones. Those feathers will probably spin around as they grow longer. She's really cute!
