Frizzle?

Is this little guy looking like a frizzle???? It's wings don't lay flat and looks different from the other four Cochins I have! Please let me know what y'all think!! Thank you!

Sorry, my mom and I have had frizzies...and that does NOT look like one. By now they should already have lots of curling.

The one frizzle I raised from a chick - his wing feathers actually curled forward at this point.

I am not a frizzle expert however. What ever he is, he's cute.

When breeding frizzled chickens, there are some who get the frizzle gene, others that are normal-feathered, and some that get "curled" feathers. It is possible it is getting curled feathers, which is why it doesn't look frizzled, nor normal-feathered.

this is izzy she is 3 weeks old... I was told she was a frizzle but as I look at pictures on the internet I feel like she is not can you guys help me is miss izzy a frizzle or something else?
