they would be from Me, the homeschooling mom of five sons (ages 2.5-17) and flock of 20 layers, who aren't yet.
We bought these gals in April as chicks and are waiting for a few eggs, soon I hope. We were hoping by now, but were recently told they would not lay til about six months old.
Anyway, thanks for letting us join this forum. I don't know how often I will get to come and be educated by you guys the experts.
We would like to add to our little farm, a hundred or so layers to sell eggs at the market one day for some income for the boys school. I've been talking around but are unsure of what the intial costs will be. So for now, I will keep my eyes and ears opened and see what there is to know. Cheers, Cackleberryhead:rolleyes:
