Aww well your getting eggs!! still pretty!

yeah, I’m stoked! And I got one of my Jujube trees in today! I love getting plants/trees in the mail.
Thus far I have 10 pear trees, 5 pawpaw trees, 1 mandarin(Changsha) planted in the ground, and 1 Jujube that came in today (I should have another one coming). What can I say.. Im a wannabe farmer!
I also have two other citrus trees frost mandarins and a New Zealand lemonade lemon) but, they are in pots and can’t survive a zone 8a winter in the ground.

Would love to have some citrus trees on my land, but USDA zone 7a… 😢

Even in zone 8a Texas it’s somewhat a struggle. The Changsha mandarin, once established, can survive 10*f for a few hours. Satsumas 15*F for a few hours.
All else have to be brought in.

Well enjoy your warm weather. It may not last we’re heading back into winter end of the week. My poor birds really thought we were in spring! So did I with the unseasonable temps we’ve had.
