Frostbite, pecking, or fowl pox

This is one of our hens. I noticed she had a black tip on one of her comb pieces. Picked her up to look at it. It was bloody. So, did it get so cold it broke, or did another chicken peck her, or could it be a really bad fowlpox? She doesn’t have any other pox

I shouldn't be fowl pox at the moment, since it is the only black spot, so thats ruled out. How cold does it get at your place? You have other chickens right? It could be pecking, or frostbite, depending on how cold it gets, and how much the chickens are exposed to the cold.

Yes. Many other chickens. She’s one of the top ladies tho so I was surprised to see it. It got down to about 30 last night but they have a solid wooden coop and the window was closed last night.
 
Definitely not frost bite. That is an injury.
Frostbite hits the tips first and her tips look great.
That looks like a cut. Perhaps she snagged it sticking her head through fencing.

Fowl pox is spread by mosquitos. To cold for mosquitos if the lows are dipping into the 30's.
