Frostbite?

I have it about halfway off. It bends back and I can see under it. I am not forcing it, so when I couldn't get the scab off, I put more neosporin and wrapped it back up. I couldn't get a picture, because I had on gloves the whole time, but there is still a dark patch under the scab on the part that came up. Do I need to try to get that out, or can I just keep soaking until the scab comes off and hope that deeper part will come out?

Can you post some updated photos of what you see?

I will take some pictures when I unwrap her foot for soaking today. I couldn't get a picture with the gloves on, and I don't want to touch the infection spot with my hands.

Thank you so much for all your help! I would not have been able to figure all this out on my own. Google only helps so much.

Here are some new pictures. I got the scab off, and it looks like there is a smaller scab underneath. Also, is the yellowish blob part of her foot, or infection? I coated it with more Neosporin and wrapped it back up. I moved her to the downstairs bathroom, and brought in the other buff orp for company today.

Yes, I would try soaking again this afternoon.
Okay, will do. If I get it out, should I continue with the neosporin or use something else? Tractor Supply was out of almost everything, but I do have BluKote. The brown spot still needs to come out as well, right?
Edited to add that the kids and I are going to run back to TS this afternoon to see if they have more meds in yet.

Sorry for all the questions, but thinking ahead, if I get the yellow stuff out and it is really deep, like exposing bone or tendons, is there any special treatment needed? Could I still use an antiseptic, or just the antibiotic cream?
