I came across this recipe in one of my moms old cookbooks , and thought it was great. it will save money on buying dinner rolls, and give those who have less time through the week to have a convient hot homemade roll to put on the dinner tabe for the family. A homemade convience food that will save $$ i think thats so awesome!

5C slour sift before measuring
2C. milk
1/2C. crisco melted into milk
2pkgs. yeast
1/4C. warm water
1tsp. salt
3 eggs
1/4C.sugar

mix yeast in warm water, add sugar & let stand 15 minutes
mix liquids and stir in flour and salt. knead a few times then put in a large oiled bowl, then cover with a cloth and let rise untill doubled.then youi knead , roll out and shape dough into rolls. place on a cookie sheet and freeze, then transfer to a ziploc bag. when ready to bake take out rolls you need then let them thaw and rise for about 2 hours and then cook in a 400 degree oven till done.......
sounds good to me!
