Okay - I might actually have to MAKE a block to understand this better....
I'm really sorry, but I'm having trouble understanding this...
I think it is the language?? Too many "blocks" and too many "put togethers"
If we put four 6" blocks together, wouldn't it make 24" across??
or is each block with the slash across it one of 4 and then you put 4 together and it makes a 12x12 block???
So - then are we sending in 6" blocks or 12x12" blocks?
oh dear....am I making this more complex??
Sorry for my newbie questions
I think I'm going to actually TRY it and see if I understand better...sorry
Still trying to borrow my mother's machine...
You will need to trim the individual blocks to 6 and 1/2 inches so when you put the 4 blocks together they should be 12 1/2 inchs, 6 1/2 inchs for the seam allowance. This way when you put them together they will be 12 1/2 inchs. When we put them all together they will be 12 inchs.
Yes the strips are still 1.5 inches wide.
